Engagement Timeline: 12-month marketing plan with quarterly reporting and strategic reviews.

Timeline & Deliverables

Month 1: Strategy + Infrastructure Build

  • Launch www.757sandwich.com with:

    • Dynamic location listings

    • WebID integration for email database growth

    • Lead generators: email capture, catering inquiries, gift card marketing

  • Set up FloDesk email marketing accounts:

    • hungry@757sandwich.com

    • Branded email domains for Which Wich

  • Design custom email templates and segment lists

  • Create foundational print collateral

  • Note: Google Business Profiles are managed at the corporate level

Months 2–4: Marketing Launch Phase

  • Launch monthly branded email campaigns

  • *Activate paid media: Google Ads, social ads, and streaming platforms

  • Begin monthly themed content for social media

  • Create content hub on www.757sandwich.com (events, specials, approved media)

  • Host first influencer event at the Norfolk location

Months 5–12: Full Momentum & Scalable Growth

  • Ongoing monthly email, ad, and print campaigns

  • Host annual influencer events for each location

  • Refresh print materials for area hotels, in-store, and handouts

  • Launch seasonal promotions for gift cards and catering

  • Expand website and digital reach as other potential locations open

Budget Estimates

  • Microsite (build and manage) $1,500 (first 2 months), then $850/month. Includes design, WebID, lead generation, hosting and Meta Data SEO

  • Email Campaign (FloDesk) *$850/annual. includes branded templates, campaigns, list growth

  • Social Media $1,500/month with content routed through the new microsite

  • Influencer Events (annual) $1,200/per event that includes coordination, outreach, photography, food cost, and follow-up

  • Campaign Management and Reporting $500/month. Includes Monthly performance reviews and strategy and Catering and Gift Card Campaigns

Proposed Monthly Budget

Approximately $3,471 based on ALL activities on an annual schedule

$1,157 per location (at a average of $18/ticket = extra 9 patrons per day or less than 1 extra patron per operating open hour… We can do this!)

*Optional Add: Print Advertising and Materials $750/month that includes Hotel handouts, POP signage, promotions and other coordinated collateral with current marketing staff (or, as needed at the rate of $135/hour.


Optional Monthly digital marketing

  • *Paid Ads (Social + Google) $500–$1,000/month suggestion. Includes media budget and management

  • *Streaming Advertising $800–$1,500/month suggestion. Includes OTT/CTV ads on platforms like Hulu and Roku
